Ever since I filled my face with broad beans – pods and all – from my pushchair parked next to the vegetable plot I’ve loved food. My tastes may be more refined now but the passion remains the same.

So I’ve been very fortunate to have always worked with food. My training as a chef in some of the best, Michelin star restaurants in the country, taught me the skills of my trade and an appreciation of quality produce.

Which is why customers will be served fresh, home-cooked food using the finest ingredients – only without the restaurant price tag.

In meeting Caragh I discovered another love – snowboarding! Combining our two passions, running private chalet’s in ski resorts from Europe to the States, also taught us the importance of customer care and convinced us that, together, we’re a winning team.

It’s now our dream to create delicious, fresh products back on home turf. Taste is everything and we believe in making as many things on site as possible, from roasting our own meats to selling home-made preserves and chutneys. 

Our products are lovingly hand crafted on site with the utmost care and attention. If you want locally-produced, tasty food, is the place for you. 

Commencing very soon, we’ll be supplying the freshest, hand-made pies to local folk, local businesses and local chalet companies across the area from my industrial production kitchen in Morzine.
