Tamsin trained in Bath and has an extensive history of fine dinning and banqueting experience. after a stint in London including time at the Savoy, Ritz and Eton as well as lots of exclusive private house catering she relocated to Edinburgh where she spent 4 years at Edinburgh castle where her duties ranged from drinks parties for 60 up to formal dinners for 600. Michelle was trained at the prestigious Leith’s School of food and wine. She then spent 2 years catering on the exclusive east coast, Fishers Island, USA ranging from small dinner parties to large house parties. In France she has spent many years on the waterways working for luxury hotel barges including Orient Express. Tamsin and Michelle both now live and work in the Morzine area catering for large and small events throughout the year.
